International Post Corporation held an Executive Workshop on Market Intelligence, which took place at the IPC headquarters in Brussels on 1 and 2 February 2017.
The workshop was primarily targeted at managers and senior analysts from strategy and research units within the IPC membership.
The objectives of the workshop were to:
- enable professionals from the IPC membership to discuss market intelligence, new initiatives, challenges and best practice;
- ensure the Global Postal Industry Report, Carrier Intelligence Reports, Global Monitor and Statistical Database meet the needs of your organisation;
- discuss global and market-specific trends affecting posts and identify areas of cooperation on market intelligence, and
- determine how IPC can further support its members through both new and existing market intelligence activities.
